- All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Fees must be paid within the stipulated due dates to retain admission status.
- The Academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure or payment schedule with prior notice.
- Attendance and Conduct
- A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for eligibility in tests, and internal assessments.
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behaviour at all times.
- The use of mobile phones or electronic gadgets during class hours is prohibited unless permitted by faculty.
- Study Materials and Intellectual Property
- All study materials, notes, and resources provided by Entrance Academy remain the intellectual property of the institution.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of such materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Performance Evaluation
- The Academy conducts periodic tests and evaluations to assess student progress.
- All test results, rankings, and assessments are final and binding.
- Use of Student Identity and Achievements
- Entrance Academy reserves the right to use a student’s name, photograph, video recordings, testimonials, performance data, and achievements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across all media, including print, online, and social platforms.
- By enrolling, students (or their guardians) consent to such usage without any additional approval, compensation, or notice.
- Liability Disclaimer
- Entrance Academy shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings, injury, or mishap occurring on or off the premises during institute-related activities.
- Faculty and Schedule Changes
- The Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, batch timings, or faculty assignments at its discretion without prior notice if necessary for academic or administrative reasons.
- Online Classes
- Students attending online sessions must ensure reliable internet access and maintain decorum during classes.
- Recording, sharing, or redistributing online sessions without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Termination of Admission
- The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s admission in case of misconduct, academic indiscipline, or non-payment of fees.
- Jurisdiction
- Any disputes or legal matters arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
